Você já ouviu falar em Pumpkin Spice Latte? O temperinho é bastante conhecido em outros países por ser a mistura de especiarias usadas na torta de abóbora. Além disso, essa mistura é muito fácil de fazer em casa. Mas essa mesma combinação é usada em bebidas quentes como café e chocolate, nos meses mais frios.
Receita de especiarias
Antes de fazer a bebida com café, precisamos preparar a mistura de especiarias conhecida como Pumpkin Spice. Esta receita que te mostro é originalmente da Rita Lobo. Por exemplo, ela usou essas mesmas quantidades no pudim de abóbora que ensinou a fazer no seu programa Cozinha Prática do GNT.
Os ingredientes do Pumpkin Spice são:
½ colher (chá) de canela em pó
½ colher (chá) de gengibre em pó
Meia colher (chá) de pimenta-da-jamaica em pó
¼ de colher (chá) de noz-moscada ralada na hora
Modo de preparo:
Misture todos os ingredientes numa vasilha pequena. Dessa forma, você pode dobrar ou triplicar essa receita para deixar pronta num potinho e usar quando e onde quiser.
Enfim, o pumpkin spice pode ser usado em doces e bebidas. Vai muito bem com abóbora, maçã e banana.
Como fazer Pumpkin Spice Latte em casa
Agora que já temos a mistura de especiarias, bata 120 ml de leite integral quente no mixer para que ele fique espumoso. Esse passo é opcional, se quiser, pode usar apenas o leite quente. Ainda assim, a bebida ficará gostosa.
Numa xícara coloque 100 ml de café preto ou uma dose de espresso. Por fim, acrescente o leite espumoso e salpique com a mistura de Pumpkin Spice. Pode colocar o quanto quiser. Você também pode adoçar a bebida com açúcar ou calda de caramelo. Afinal, está pronto seu Pumpkin Spice Latte!
