Essa pipoca doce é caramelada, com chocolate branco e leite Ninho, ou seja, não existe nenhuma forma disto ser ruim! Eu mostrei primeiro essa receita lá no meu Instagram (@meuapartamentinho) e até hoje o pessoal me manda fotos contando como se apaixonaram por essa pipoca doce.
Para fazer a melhor pipoca doce do mundo você precisa de:
1/4 de xícara de milho para pipoca
1/4 de xícara de água
1/4 de xícara de óleo
1/4 de xícara de açúcar
120 g de chocolate branco
1/4 de xícara de leite em pó
Numa panela coloque a pipoca, a água, o óleo e o açúcar, coloque em fogo médio e vá mexendo de vez em quando. Demoro um tempinho para a pipoca começar a estourar, não se assuste. Depois que começar a estourar. mexa bem a panela para o açúcar não queimar. Depois disso, coloque as pipocas numa vasilha grande.
Enquanto isso, derreta o chocolate branco no microondas de 30 em 30 segundos. Tome cuidado para não queimar o chocolate. Quando o chocolate derreter, coloque por cima da pipoca e mexa delicadamente para cobrir bem as pipocas. Coloque o leite em pó por cima enquanto o chocolate ainda não endureceu. Prontinho!
